It is composed of 11 amino acids (YHWYGYTPQNVI). Cell immunofluorescence staining and flow cytometry were used to detect the in vitro targeting binding characteristics of fluorescence labeled GE11 polypeptide to MDA-MB231-BR cell line. GK-13 polypeptide was selected as the control peptide, And in vivo targeted validation was conducted using subcutaneous tumor bearing nude mice. Two sample t-tests were used to analyze the data.
